Shipment policy
We take 24 hours to process an order. Domestic orders will be shipped out via US Postal Service. Delivery on an order using USPS takes about 4-5 business days. International orders are shipped out via International mail and usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery. For more information on the shipping Limits and Restrictions visit the USPS website.
International Orders
Jake Masri ships to select countries. International shipping costs are determined after an order has been placed, due to the fact that shipping charges are different for each individual country. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of ordering with the cost for shipping. You must respond to this e-mail, we will not process your order until we have received confirmation from you about shipping charges. So, please make sure your e-mail address is correct when ordering.
